ROASTED BROCCOLI
Ingredients 3 cups fresh broccoli florets

2-3 tablespoons olive oil

Kosher or Sea Salt to taste

Toasted Sesame Seeds

Dr. Pete's Chili Pepper Dressing  (made according to the directions on the packet)


Directions Combine Broccoli and olive oil in bowl; toss to coat and sprinkle with salt. Place Broccoli on jelly roll pan in a single layer. Roast at 450 degrees for 15 minutes or until broccoli is crisp tender. Bring from oven let cool slightly; toss with Chili Pepper Dressing and toasted sesame seeds. Serve warm. Serves 6-8.
