GOUDA IN PUFFED PASTRY
Ingredients Puff pastry from frozen section of store

4 oz. Gouda Cheese

Dr. Pete's Praline Mustard Glaze


Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Thaw puff pastry and unfold.

Place gouda in middle of the pastry. Drizzle 5-6 TBLS. of Dr. Pete's Praline Mustard Glaze over gouda. Pull pastry up over the cheese, seal edges and place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake for about 15 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.

Drizzle more Dr. Pete's Praline Mustard Glaze over before serving.

Serve with crackers or sliced granny smith apple slices.

Can be served after dinner or as an appetizer for a party.
