CHIPOTLE GLAZED SALMON
Ingredients 4 oz. smoked salmon

Cream cheese softened

Sundried tomatoes - chopped

Capers

Dr. Pete's Chipotle Grilling Sauce
Directions

Arrange 4 oz. strip of smoked salmon (pictured) on bed of lettuce.  Cover top of salmon with softened cream cheese, about 2 oz. Sprinkle chopped sundried tomatoes and capers on top of cream cheese and pour Dr. Pete's Chipotle Grilling Sauce over to cover well. 

Serve with Stoned Wheat crackers.  Serves 8.
