4 oz. smoked salmon
Cream cheese softened
Sundried tomatoes - chopped
Dr. Pete's Chipotle Grilling Sauce
Arrange 4 oz. strip of smoked salmon (pictured) on bed of lettuce. Cover top of salmon with softened cream cheese, about 2 oz. Sprinkle chopped sundried tomatoes and capers on top of cream cheese and pour Dr. Pete's Chipotle Grilling Sauce over to cover well.
