ZIPPY BROCCOLI CAULIFLOWER SALAD
Ingredients 2 cups broccoli tops

2 cups cauliflower tops

1 cup chopped onion

1 jar marinated artichoke hearts

¼ cup dry-roasted sunflower seeds

raisins (optional)

Dr. Pete's Chili Pepper Dressing  (made according to directions on packet)

Salt to taste

Directions Toss all ingredients with enough Dr. Pete's Chili Pepper Dressing to coat. Season with salt if desired. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Serve cold.

Serves 8-10.
