Ingredients 1 Italian bread loaf OR French baguette, sliced into 1/2 inch thick slices

Dr. Pete's Parmesan Garlic Dressing (made according to dressing directions)

½ cup olive oil

¾ cup chopped onions

8-10 Roma tomatoes, chopped

Fresh Basil or Fresh Oregano

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place bread slices on baking sheet. Lightly brush each slice with olive oil. This may not use all the oil. Bake until lightly toasted, about 4-6 minutes. Remove from oven and cool slightly. Keep oven at 450 degrees.

Mix onions, tomatoes, basil or oregano with Dr. Pete's Parmesan Garlic Dressing. Top each bread slice with tomato mixture and bake again about 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh Basil or Oregano when serving, serve while warm. Makes about 24 toasts.
