Ingredients 4-6 chicken breasts, skinned and cubed

1 box Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice

1 can Cream of Chicken Soup

1/2 cup chopped mushrooms

1/2 cup sliced carrots

1/2 cup sliced bell pepper

Dr. Pete's Burgundy Marinade


Place cubed chicken in glass baking dish.  Pour Dr. Pete's Burgundy Marinade over chicken, enough to cover bottom of baking dish.  Let chicken marinate 30 minutes to 1 hour.  Then leaving chicken in marinade, pour contents of Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice over chicken (do not use seasoning packet). Add all vegetables, and then pour one can of Cream of Chicken Soup and 1 can water over rice chcken and veggies. Cover dish with foil. Cook in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.  Serves 6-8
