Ingredients 1 head cabbage

salt & pepper

1/2 lb. bacon slices

Dr. Pete's Herb Bacon Dressing

Directions Fry bacon ahead and crumble. Slice head of cabbage into wedges; place intact wedges into pan with small amount of boiling salted water. Cover and cook until just tender. Drain and while still in warm pan, pepper wedges, sprinkle crumbled bacon on top of each, and pour Herb Bacon over the cabbage. Carefully transfer wedges to individual plates for serving. Serves 4-6.
