Ingredients 4 cups peaches, sliced thin (frozen can be used)

1/2 cup pecan pieces

3 Tbsp. Dr. Pete's Praline Mustard Glaze "2008 FLAVOR OF GEORGIA WINNER"

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/4 tsp. powdered ginger

1/4 tsp. grated nutmeg

1/8 tsp. salt

21/2 Tbsp. flour

Combine all above ingredients in a 9" square baking dish or cake pan. Set aside.

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup white granulated sugar

1/2 cup cold butter

1 cup flour

1/4 cup dry oatmeal

1/4 cup crushed ginger snaps

 Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spray 9" baking pan with baking spray.

First combine the ingredients listed above the Topping and place in 9" baking dish.

For Topping, combine all ingredients except butter in a mixing bowl. Cut the butter into small pieces.  Using a pastry blender or fork, quickly cut the butter into the dry items until it is pea sized crumbles.  Spread this evenly over the peach mixture patting down lightly.

Bake on center oven rack at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.  Syrup will probably bubble over, so put a pan under baking dish.
Cool at least one hour.  Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.

Serves 6-8.
