Almond Biscotti! These are just the thing to pair with tea, coffee and hot chocolate, or to dip in a glass of wine in the evening. Our biscotti are twice baked for that exact crunch you love! Not too hard, not too soft! Just add olive oil and egg to our mix and bake on a cookie sheet; cut diagonally into long cookies and bake again to give them that crisp texture perfect for dunking!!
