Marino’s Meatloaf

Ingredients
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 lb. ground veal or pork
2 eggs
Bread Crumbs
Parmesan Cheese grated
Dr. Pete’s Burgundy Marinade
Directions
Combine first 3 ingredients well. Sprinkle a light coating of bread crumbs and grated Parmesan Cheese over ground meat. Dig a hole in center of meat and pour Dr. Pete’s Burgundy Marinade in hole about 1/4 cup. Mix all together and form into 1 or 2 loaves. Place in pan in preheated 350 degree oven. Cook until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. If making one loaf this may take up to 1 hour if making 2 loaves about 45 minutes.Marino’s Brown Gravy – commercially prepared Brown Gravy and 2 TBL Dr. Pete’s Burgundy Marinade About 15 minutes before meatloaf is done, combine ingredients in sauce pan & simmer on stove. Serve with meatloaf as sauce.
